Summer Viewing for Documentary

Over the summer holidays it is a really good idea to start watching a variety of different documentaries, getting used to how different topics can be presented as well as how you engage with different stories.

Below are some personal recommendations that I have particularly enjoyed, and some that I studied when I did this course at your age. There is also a really useful and interesting countdown show from Current TV that gives you little snippets of 50 documentaries. This can help you decide which ones you may or may not want to watch. There are 5 episodes to this series, while you done have to watch them all each episode looks at 10 different documentaries and its a great way to get an overview of a lot of doc’s very quickly. The playlist containing all 5 episodes is below.
